By using the Cellar Track: NOBLI app on iOS, macOS or Android, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
NOBLI is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their country of residence. The app is a personal inventory and reference tool; it does not sell alcohol.

b. The exact price, billing period and any trial are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase, in your local currency, and are the prices that apply. Availability of each option may vary by platform and country.
c. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings or in Google Play, and any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
d. While premium users have unlimited access to the identify-beverage-by-picture and AI assistant features, fair usage policies may apply. To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, rate limits may be implemented if usage significantly exceeds typical patterns. These limits are designed to be generous and should not impact regular usage.
e. We reserve the right to change the pricing, subscription terms, or benefits associated with in-app purchases. Any such changes will be communicated through the app or on our website and will not affect a period already paid for.
f. Refunds are handled by Apple or by Google according to their policies. We are not able to issue refunds directly.

Nobli uses the OpenAI API to power bottle-label scanning and our in-app AI assistant. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee against errors, delays, or downtime arising from the OpenAI service.

Your cellar is stored on your device. You are responsible for your own backups; uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes your cellar, and we cannot recover it.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for any reason.
We provide the app on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or representations.
