Welcome to Cellar Track: NOBLI, developed by Lien MUGUERCIA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use our applications for iOS, macOS and Android, and our related services.
NOBLI does not require an account. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number to use the app.
Your cellar. The bottles you add, your photos, tasting notes, ratings, tags, wishlist and cellar locations are stored locally on your device. On iOS and macOS they may additionally be synchronised through your own private iCloud account, which we cannot access. On Android there is no cloud sync: your cellar stays on the device.
Photos and text you send to the AI features. When you scan a bottle label or use the AI assistant, the photo or message you submit is sent to our server and forwarded to the OpenAI API so that the bottle can be identified or your question answered. On Android these features are disabled until you explicitly accept the AI notice. The photo and the message are processed to produce the response and are not used to build a profile about you.
Usage analytics (optional, off by default). On Android, analytics collection is disabled until you turn it on in Profile. If you enable it, we receive aggregated Google Analytics for Firebase events about how the app is used — for example that a scan started or failed, that a paywall was shown, that a bottle was saved, or that a purchase completed — together with coarse properties such as whether the account is premium, an approximate bucket for the number of bottles, and the app language. These events do not contain your bottles, your photos, your notes or your messages. Advertising ID collection is disabled.
Purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. We receive the status of your subscription or purchase, not your payment details. We never see your card number.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location or advertising identifiers. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Photos and messages sent to the AI features are processed to produce a response and are not retained by us for profiling. Your cellar is kept on your device for as long as you keep the app installed; deleting the app removes it. If you enabled analytics, aggregated event data is retained by Google Analytics for Firebase according to the retention period configured in that service, and you can stop future collection at any time by turning analytics off in Profile.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except with the service providers described below and where required by law.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these providers for more information on how they handle data.
By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple (for purchases made on iOS or macOS) or with Google (for purchases made on Android), as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple or Google make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with their policies and only as necessary to process your requests.
NOBLI is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their country of residence. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. Traffic between the app and our server is encrypted in transit.
We reserve the right to limit the number of scans and may change or terminate our services at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified of any changes through the app or on our website.
